Hello there! We are Love and Nostalgia, and we are passionate about making you feel good. As a new member of the Love Club, we want to share with you the heart and soul that goes into our work. We are based in Melbourne and established in 2020, taking inspiration from music to create unique pieces for your wardrobe. Our brand is all about storytelling and vintage culture, with a focus on quality that will stand the test of time.
Our mission is to build a community of women who value quality apparel and timeless fashion. We believe that your clothing should be an extension of your personality, representing who you are on the inside and out. We were tired of compromising on style and quality, so we decided to take matters into our own hands. With over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry, we are challenging the fast and hard fashion market with garments that are made with love and inspired by nostalgia.

OUR AUSTRALIAN RETURN POLICY
- You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
- Full-priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order.
- Items purchased during sale periods or from the Warehouse Sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds or exchanges).
- Items purchased using a discount code (e.g. welcome, rewards, or abandoned cart codes) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Refunds will reflect the total amount paid after the discount has been applied.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you choose an exchange or store credit, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost. Standard shipping rates apply to your replacement item.
- Your refund/credit note/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
Conditions of Return
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, dirty or misuse.

- Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for your order and will be processed in the same currency as your original purchase.
- Please note, a shipping fee for a prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund. Each region may vary slightly in rates.
- Items purchased using a discount code (e.g. welcome, rewards, or abandoned cart codes) are eligible for a refund only, based on the total amount paid after the discount is applied.
- Return shipping costs are customer-borne and dependent on your location and items ordered.
- Your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
- Items purchased during sale periods or from the Warehouse Sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds or exchanges).

- Please note, all our orders are thoroughly quality checked prior to departure. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration.
If you have opted for store credit, it will be added directly to the same email address used to place your last order. Your store credit will be available once your item/s has been received and accessed by our team. Simply enter the same email when you are ready to make your next purchase to use it! Your store credit will be active on your account for 12 months.
Item/s marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department.
